If you get a good job, after M.Com, proceed with that.
Otherwise, do an MBA in a reputed college and get placed. If you think that's a time taking process, prepare and apply for bank related jobs.
All the best.

Eligibility criteria to seek admission in Ph.D degree in mathematics is minimum. B.Tech candidates from any engineering discipline are also eligible to seek admission in Ph.D.
You are not eligible for seeking admission in Ph.D in mathematics with B.Com or M.Com degrees. PG Diploma is not to M.Sc mathematics, therefore, after PG Diploma in mathematics, you will not be eligible for seeking admission in Ph.D.

Dear,
After completing your Bachelor degree from commerce, it will be better if you plan for MBA (finance, International business or marketing) from the top B-School , in that, you will study concept of economics, finance and other management prospects.
Through that you will get good opportunities in financial planning, brand management and marketing too.
All the best.
