Hi Pritesh,
Skilled Occupation List lists down the occupations which are in demand. M.Com is a course and not an occupation. You have to check the SOL list for occupations related to M.Com degree holders such as finance, accounts etc. Here's is the link to it:

The location of the college does not matter. It is the education, placement and exposure you receive will matter for your further education. If you are getting a reputed college in Kerala, then you should go ahead.
