Master of Education (M.Ed): Eligibility Criteria. Any person who has successfully cleared his Bachelors of Education i.e. B.Ed from recognized institution with at least 50% marks is eligible to apply for this course. Students with a B. El. Ed. or BA in Education can also apply to the programme. Thanks.

Yes, you can do M.Ed.
Mandatory course: B.Ed
Candidates who have done B.Ed must have also scored minimum 50% marks in graduation.

You have not provided enough details in your question, but still as a suggestion I recommend you to do M.Sc after B.Sc. And, enter the teaching field by clearing CET and NET.
