This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / Research / Academics area then M.Pharma is better. However, if you want to move into general management the MBA is better.

You can do the job while pursuing M.Pharma, but you have to manage practicals and job.

For M.Pharma, one should choose according to interest, but if you do not clear it, then go for Pharmaceutics or pharmacology. All the best.

Yes, you are eligible to write NET exam, but as you have a degree in pharmacy, you will rather go CSIR UGC NET exam rather than UGC NET exam. And, in that you will apply from life sciences or chemical sciences subjects. Detailed information you will get from csir. Hrdg. Res. In. And, the forms for CSIR UGC NET are not out yet. Good luck.

M.Pharma is always better than a Diploma course. As a degree is always more valued than a Diploma course.
