Hi,
Many universities will hesitate. You can consider complete the first year of a MS programme instead however it is best you check with the universities in Canada first. MS programs are way too competitive and admission criteria varies whether you want to do a research oriented MS or coursework.

Admission procedure & requirement: You have to give GATE or GRE (in some cases). For the cut-offs, you can check the colleges' websites. And if selected on the basis of GATE score, then they'll conduct an interview or a written test. The interviews are quite tough. Usually, the intake is very low. One of my friends got selected at IISc, Bangalore in Mechanical Engineering department. He said only 3 students were selected for M.Sc program. The situation is a bit better at IIT Chennai. They selected about 22 students out of 100 in Aerospace Engineering. department. Actually, the intake is dependent on the faculty's requirement. They also

If you opt for a course taught in German language, then obviously, your language proficiency comes into the picture. The university will even ask for a TestDaF Zertifikat. Unfortunately, most of the courses are offered in Deutsch as the locals would very rarely go for English learning.

Hello, It's indeed great that you are desirous of studying abroad. Colleges/ Universities abroad do look at percentage of your degree but more than this, they are interested in knowing your whole approach to studies and life. There are many nuances. I would advise you to go to an agency dealing with sending students abroad for taking care of these nuances.

The choice between MS or MBA depends on your skill, whether you want to go in a technical field or wants to run your own business. it's you, who have to decide that what your capabilities are? If you want to do a technical job, I prefer you to opt MS, but if you want to do your own business or any marketing business, I suggest you to prefer MBA. But, nowadays scenario in India has also changed. After completing B.Tech, students generally chooses MBA for their future. So, it is better to opt MBA according to me, but it depends on your skills and your choice.
