The courses you can do after B.Sc(Honours) -
1-M.Sc(Honours) in your main subject of B.Sc Or In subsidiaries subject.
2-MCA-It is a professional course based on computer, maths and statistics.
3-MBA-It is also a professional course. You can do it after completing your graduation.
Scopes after M.Sc(Honours) -
After completing M. Sc you can apply for P. hd.
Or you can also apply for M. Tech . You can also prepare for GATE. After completing M. Sc you are now eligible to appear in gate examination.

B.Sc (Hons) (Computer Science) have more scope than B.Sc (Hons) (Mathematics). Job opportunities are more in CS than Mathematics. Also final year mathematics is quite tough compare to final year of B.Sc (CS)

So, your wife is on the right way. She can start preparing for CSIR NET Exam, and SLET as well. These exams are the eligibility test for becoming a lecturer. No, that won't be possible, as Medical council of India allows only the registered doctors to work in medical practice. It is suggested to try for MBBS BDS GAMS, B.A. MS or Physiotherapy to be a medical practitioner. Out of these Physiotherapy is available at LPU, You will be eligible if you are Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology)

No, you cannot pursue an MD degree after completing an M.Sc. In Cardiovascular Technology. MD (Doctor of Medicine) is a postgraduate medical degree that allows one to practice as a physician. To pursue an MD one typically needs to have completed an undergraduate medical degree MBBS from a recognised medical college. M.Sc. In Cardiovascular Technology is a specialised postgraduate degree programme that focuses on training students in the technical aspects of cardiovascular diagnosis and treatment.
