You have not mentioned about the University/ College. However, the eligibility criteria of Universities like Annamalai University and Dr. B. R. Ambedkar open University is given below. Eligibility: B.Sc. Mathematics (or) Equivalent Course such as B.Sc. Mathematics with Computer Application/ B.Sc. B.Ed (Mathematics) (4 Year Integrated) / UG degree courses have more than one main subject in Part III and Part IV with Mathematics as one of the Major Subject. Hence, from the above B.Tech students are not eligible for this course.

Yes, you can do B. Ed after B. Com, the minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed course is Bachelors of Arts (BA), Bachelors of science (B. Sc) or Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) from a recognized board/university with at least 50% marks.

Whether you study for an M.Sc or MA. Your qualification has exactly the same academic standing. Students can also move between the 'Arts' and 'Science' branches as they complete successive degrees. Provided your degree is relevant, there's nothing to stop you from studying an M.Sc. After a BA or an MA after a B.Sc.

Computer Science and Software Engineering have quite a bit of overlap at the University of Ottawa. There are benefits to both fields, but I would say that at every university, you have the opportunity to become an excellent software developer. It is 90% of your own efforts, and up to 10% related to the university that you go to.

For job purpose, MBA Agriculture is better than M.Sc Agriculture while for research and further studies related to the course M.Sc is best. Also, expense for MBA is much more higher than that of M.Sc. From top institutes, MBA will cost you INR 8 lac to 12 lac while M.Sc will cost you maximum up to INR 2 to 3 lac.

Both the fields are good and lead to different career outcomes. BE has a higher advantage. You must pursue one as per your interest. BE is a technical field whereas B.Sc is non technical and more theoretical. Hope it helps.
