Both PG courses are separate and can not done together. NID Ahmedabad is the best option for M.Des in Animation film design and M.Des in Graphic design. For more detail please visit NID website. https://www.nid.edu/index.html. See these links also

Manipal University is a costly university and its fee is close to INR 2-3 lakhs pa. You should check the prospectus of the course provided as the fees is subject to revision for each academic session.

Yes, you can definitely pursue M.Sc and Ph.D together. You can opt-in for Integrated Ph.D. It is a research programme, which is mainly devoted to Science and engineering. The students receive an integrated Ph.D. degree after successfully completing their degree and doctorate. In other words, integrated doctoral studies is the 5-year dual master and doctoral degree course. After completing your B.Sc Course in Physics, there are many career opportunities open for you, such as research analyst, a teacher, lab assistant etc. But, if you go with a further study such as M.Sc. UG courses come with an age limit, so maybe not, you will have to check the college website to know about eligibility criteria. You can also try IGNOU, swayam. Gov. In and NIOS if you are really passionate about subject then age doesn't matter.
