Graduation completed from a recognised university. A minimum aggregate score of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) at the level of graduation. Graduation needs to have been completed in any of:Chemistry. Biochemistry. Botany. Zoology. Microbiology.

Many universities offer distance learning like TMU and Vellore University but most probably the privileged one is Sikkim Manipal University. You may apply there.

For UPSC CSE, you only need graduation. So if you are serious for UPSC CSE then no need to pursue Masters.

There is not a particular exam for this course. First, candidates have to complete their 10+2 examination from science branch for admission into UG degree. After completing a Bachelors degree I. e. B.Sc. You can apply for the Masters degree, i.e. M.Sc. In Forensic Science. Some private universities conduct their own entrance test for admission in Masters courses.
