Yes you can apply for DU for M.Sc in physics.
B.Sc in related subjects or any branch of Science or Engineering with Physics and Mathematics passed with minimum 60% aggregate marks and 50% marks for B.Sc. (Hons) students.

In case you are giving the subject specific M.Sc. Entrance exam then you can read books related to the subject and also basic aptitude questions you can pracitce from normal books and revise 10th and 12th knowledge.

It is too late for M.Sc. Admission in Shiksha o anushandhan university. You may need to wait till next year when admissions will reopen and then you can apply or you can enter now via lateral entry.
