I would recommend you to take CSE at NIT-KKR as compared to BITS-Pilani.
Firstly, the package of CSE is very good. The average package is around 10 LPA.

In Kamla Nehru College, M.Sc microbiology is full time course and most of the colleges provide M.Sc microbiology as full time course.
