Hey there,
Yes, scholarship programmes for postgraduate students are available both by central and state government.
There are merit cum means scholarships and post-metric scholarships offered both by the central and state governments. The deadline for the application of which is in september/october every year. There are many other scholarships schemes offered as well. You can check relevant programmes out from the following site: https://mhrd.gov.in/scholarships-education-loan-0

Depends on university to university but typically doing MS in a field in which you haven't done Bachelors in is not generally accepted in Canadian colleges.

Hello Aditya, It depends on the college only. If the college accepts JEE scores only, then they won't give Weightage to your MH-CET scores and vice versa. Some colleges might also accept both the scores and a few would have some percentage of seats reserved for each of the exams.
