If you intend to come back to India after doing your Masters in US then it is better that you pursue the said course in India itself as it will give you better exposure to the Indian context of business, moreover you will have the advantage of internship & campus placement as well.

As you pursued B.Tech in Chemical Science. My advice is to choose M.Sc. To become a lecturer of Chemical Sciences. Once you complete the postgraduation in Chemical Sciences, you can apply for CSIR NET Exam. The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research conducts the CSIR NET Exam through which candidates are selected for the post of Assistant Professor. Candidates are also awarded with Junior Research Fellowship through this exam.

You have very low of getting AU. As your rank is not enough to get admission in this university. It is better to choose other college or try once in the counselling conducted by the university. All the best.
