Current biological and medical labs use methods that produce extremely large data sets, which cannot be analyzed by hand - for instance sequencing human genomes. Thus modern biological and medical research and development cannot be done without bioinformatics. Future applications in biology, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, medicine, and agriculture. It depends on you what are you interested in, because if you look for career, company will ask you, why not M.Sc? Just be sure about that, If we talk about MBA is a highly professional degree you can pursue MBA (hospital and healthcare management) or Master of Hospital Administration, 2 years (4 semesters) which is related to your graduation. But make sure you do it from renowned universities like Amity University, Lovely Professional University, etc. as you will get professional environment and related placements.

The most popular and common jobs available are the scientists positions in DRDO, BARC and ISRO, and many other labs like IPR. For DRDO and BARC you have to apply for GATE or BARC written exam. Sometimes DRDO makes direct recruitments for its particular labs but they are not very regular with that. Another option available for you is to qualify NET JRF and then apply for assistant professor in some state colleges or colleges affiliated to universities.
Also, you may apply for private universities as the pay scale is almost the same for recognised universities. Less preferable option is to start teaching in some coaching centers of IIT-J
