The reason is that it takes less time. Student can get into a job and solve his money problem. For a PhD, time element is to be considered.

Hi Avinash,
Both the PG courses are good. If you choose MCA, you can also learn all computer sciences subject with applications which you can't do in M.Sc (CS).

Dear Ziya,
Yes, you can do M.Sc in psychology because many universities do offer the same and they only require graduation with 50% marks.
You need to check the university's eligibility as some of them having test and interview for the admission.
This subject have a very important role in everyday life due to stress and tension from different aspects. So go for it.
All the best.

Both are different. One is management and the other is higher degree of agriculture science. But, I would recommend you to go for M.Sc. After MBA, if you won't get a job then you will think about Masters in agriculture. But I'm sure that after your M.Sc, you can easily get a job and then you can go for MBA.

Hi Lavanya,
There is no academic GRE. What we have is academic and general IELTS. As far as GRE is concerned, there is GRE General and an optional GRE subject test which will test your knowledge in a specific subject. Check for admission requirements of the universities you plan to apply to. Some may not require GRE at all and if they do (mostly in US and Canada), you must opt for GRE general and/or the optional subject test. I hope it helped. For more details, you can visit www.ets.org

Do not go for Distance learning courses to pursue any M.Sc degree as laboratory work is a very crucial part of these courses. Go for regular admission.
