Both the options are good but only when you pursue it from reputed institutes like IITs or IIMs. Also, it depends on your career goals whether you want to start your career in engineering or management field. After pursuing MBA, your career line will change. The best option is to go for job first and then Executive MBA, so that you can get growth in your career.

Hello Jatin,
Normally when one wishes to do PG, it is some specialty of what one did in graduation. Hence, generally universities prescribe graduation in particular branch as eligibility for PG in different specialties. Hence the answer to your query is no.
