To date, IIIT Trichy has suspended admissions to its M.Tech. programs, such as Computer Science and Engineering. If you are looking for alternatives, NIT Trichy is an option, with a solid M.Tech. CSE programme featuring 100% placement rates in recent years.
While choosing a college, pay attention to factors such as faculty expertise, research opportunities, placements, and campus facilities so that the college is compatible with your professional aspirations. Both college have strong background in terms of placement but if we look closely the M.Tech in MSRIT have a slight higher chance in terms of placement in CSE as they have stronger industry force. Also as the increasing demand for the Artificial intelligence and data Science it will open a big door to success at this college.
THE RVCE also is a good college for placement but its focused on IT and Technology so it will be a bit narrow in case of opportunities.

There is no hard and fast rule when it comes to the age requirements for pursuing the M.Tech CSE course, but it is seen that students who opt for an M.Tech degree in Computer Science Engineering are mostly between 23 and 27 years old at the time of taking admission.
It is better to always crosscheck by visiting the official website of the institution where you are planning to take admission because the eligibility requirements get revised every year, and hence, they may differ according to the current academic session.
