A pass in Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the State / Central Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with 65% aggregate in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM). No entrance exam needed. But you can get Vit Vellore in M.Tech integrated with 95.7% in pcm. You can get only through management quota than you can get M.Tech Integrated programme in Vellore. Edit: well VIT just announced they will taking admission for M.Tech based on B.Tech performance. And for integrated B.Tech and M.Tech, 12 marks will be considered.
