Communication and Electronic Media is one of the oldest institutes of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. It is considered to be good in terms of the academics and teaching style. Students feel frank and friendly with their teachers as the environment provided is so favourable to make the students comfortable. In terms of the facility provided through the media equipment, it is also good. Students are provided with DSLR camera, audio/visual room, computer lab, radio lab, etc. It also gives its students a proper industry exposure to prepare all the necessary skills in them. However, the infrastructure of the college is not so much good and not appealing. Placement status of the college is average but whatever the number of students is placed is at the good position and in reputed media organizations like NDTV, Times of India, the pioneer. Thank you.

Madhu Bala Institute of Communication and Electronics Media is any day better than APS University. Students who have studied at MBICEM get good placements in media industry. But MBICEM doesn't provide direct campus placements. Students are asked to do internship in print media or digital media after 1st year and in electronics media in 2nd year. Most of the students get their field of interest in the respective media firms.The infrastructure is good when it comes to classrooms, washrooms, labs, equipment and the library. But MBICEM has two buildings of not more than 1000 yards adjacent to each other situated in Madangir Village, Push Vihar, New Delhi. Also, there is a canteen on the terrace of one of the buildings.
The faculty is really nice and helpful. They are frank with students when it comes to informal relations. MBICEM only teaches Bachelors in journalism and mass communication (BJMC). It is a three-year graduation programme consisting of two semesters per annum. There are almost 4 theory sessions and 3 practicals in every semester.
