Since you have done fashion designing Diploma, you may opt for BAJMC and specialise in lifestyle and Art Journalism, which some Universities like Jagran Lakecity University, Bhopal offer. I would be keen to know what you mean by computer line? Computer line can mean hardware or software, it can mean Design, Computer Science and engineering and Graphics as well as AI and New media. Would be keen to know what you feel interests you.

Think twice, I would say, At present, India has much greater need of competent engineers than good journalists, However, if you insist, you can get yourself admitted to the IIMC or any good institutions for the requisite skill and knowledge to be a successful journalist, Watch out for the IIMC website during December and January for all details about the admission process.

For 2018 admissions, all tests are over and classes are going on. Only in case of weekend courses, admissions are still on. For 2019 admissions, at least three cycles of admission, with General Aptitude Test, Media Aptitude Test and interviews shall be conducted. And they are in January, April and June 2019 months.

Absolutely. The shift from state owned media to independent media created a seismic shift in the relationship between the political establishment and the news. Today, with social media, that shift is even more apparent. Politicians are being held much more accountable and policies are being critiqued from many different perspectives.
