But if you have orientation for helping the community and development sector you can go with MSW. You can get anywhere between 3035 K pm as starting salary if got MSW from premier institute and it can go upto 11.2 Lacs+ in 78 years. Crossing 1.25 Lacs pm is big barrier in 78 years while in case of MBA is quite easy in 34 years only. Plus, if you do MBA with HR or option also available with Rural Marketing/Rural Management and other social sectors specializations you can pursue your passion in Rural Development and CSR sector easily.
