Yes, you can do, But colleges have some distance restriction. Like Madras Institute Technology is saying that, A candidate seeking admissions to part-time mode of study shall have his/her permanent place of work within a distance of 90 km from the study campus of the institution. The following are the other colleges offering the M.E/M.Tech part time programme. For details please see the concerned college website.
1. PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore
2. Delhi Technological University.

Hello Diksha,
As per NTA guidelines, aspirants who have qualified post graduation degree/diploma from UGC approved universities are only eligible to apply for NET exam.
And University of Jammu, Jammu is an UGC approved university, so you can appear for UGC NET Management exam according to your subject.

Hello Neha
Admission in a 3-year full-time degree course of journalism and mass communication. You may choose any of the degree course I. e. B.Sc/B.A/BJMC. After this, you can go for a Master's degree programme and this is for two years or you can directly go for the admission to Masters degree.
