Yes you are eligible and for the 2016 intake, they consider the following scores:
1.MAT with a composite score of 600 or above (September or December 2015) OR 2. GMAT 2015 with a composite score of 450 or above OR 3. CMAT 2015 with 70 percentile or above OR 4. CAT 2015 with 70 percentile or above OR 5. ATMA 2015 with 70 percentage or above.

Dear karthik, Thanks for your interest in ISB&M. The eligible marks for CAT is 65 and more and for MAT is 75 and more.
Apply to ISB&M 2 yr PGDM- AICTE program with Bachelor Degree in any discipline or final year students can also apply. Scores of CAT / XAT / ATMA / JMET/ CMAT will be considered for selection. Send 10th, 12th, Grad marks and photocopies of score along with the Application Form. Apply online www.isbm.ac.in call 020 6674651/64
