If I were in your position, I wouldn't wait too much or get stressed about the scores. You already have 2 years of work experience, which is a good advantage and adds value to your profile.
My suggestion would be to apply to colleges that accept MAT scores while also waiting for your CMAT result. That way, you keep your options open and don't lose time.
Personally, I would suggest GIBS Bangalore. What I liked about GIBS is that the college looks at the overall profile of a student and not just one exam score. Along with academics, there is a strong focus on internships, industry exposure, live projects, placement training, and skill deve

MAT cut off is not the only criteria for MBA admission. Candidates have to appear for Personal Interview and Group Discussion conducted by the institutes for final selection. Those who do not clear this round are not selected for admission.

No, MAT eligibility is not different for PBT and CBT. Whether the candidate chooses PBT or CBT, they must have completed graduation or be in the final year of Bachelor's degree programme.

The eligibility criteria for the MAT (Management Aptitude Test) exam are given below:
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university. Final-year undergraduate students can also apply.
Age Limit: No there is no age limit to appearing for MAT.
Nationality: One should be an Indian.
Mode of Examination: MAT is available in both online and offline modes.
Multiple Attempts: A student can take MAT more than once in a year as there are four tests held annually.

The candidates having aggregate (all subjects) 80% and above 10th, 12th and Graduation and having percentile/Composite Score as mentioned below in the Entrance Tests would be awarded Scholarships as stated below:
