It's difficult to get DU colleges for B.Com/B.Com (hons.) without maths in 10+2. You must have maths in 10+2. There is no cut-off marks to be achieved in maths, just having maths as a subject is fine.

The applicant should hold a minimum of 60% aggregate marks for the degree examination. The minimum eligibility requirements may vary according to the universities norms and rules.
So, yes you are eligible for the same and maths is not required at any level to get admission in this course.
