Yes, students from every stream can pursue BCA even if you haven't studied Maths or computer Science in your +2. The eligibility criteria is different for universities, but many of them will provide you admission for BCA. Don't worry, if you don't have any experience in programming, you'll still be able to do good if you've interest in programming. Without the interest in programming, BCA will become very difficult for you to cope-up with. Yes, if you want to get admission into top universities and colleges for BCA then you definitely should study mathematics in your 10+2. As the eligibility criteria for these universities requires maths as a mandatory subject to be eligible for the admission. Also, you'll be studying maths in BCA too, which is reliant on the maths taught in 10+2, so it'll be beneficial for you to study maths already in school and build your base stronger. So, you don't have to work harder later in college. Even if you did pick maths as a subject, then also you're eligible for admission into BCA but not in top universities.

Yes, to be eligible for MCA a candidate needs to have Maths as a mandatory subject either in +2 or in graduation, which in your case is already satisfied. To be eligible for MCA you need to score at least 50% to 60% in graduation.

Hi,
If have not studied in this university, then yes it is necessary. Otherwise, there is no as per UGC rules, if you have studied in the same university, and wish to do another course in the same university, then transfer certificate is not required. But, if you have studied one course from another college or university then you want study a course from another college or university then transfer certificate is mandatory.
