Yes, Maulana Azad National Urdu University offers distance education programs through its Directorate of Distance Education (DDE). The DDE offers three Post-Graduate, three Under-Graduate, and eight PG Diploma/Diploma/Certificate programs in the distance mode, apart from the B.Ed. The courses offered by the DDE include:

The academic calendar of the B.Ed. programme normally starts with an intake capacity of 50 students (one unit).

The registration fee for applying to Maulana Azad National Urdu University is INR 300. CUET UG 2023 result was released on July 15th by the National Testing Agency (NTA). CUET UG 2023 Counselling will be held and conducted separately by the participating institutes. CUET UG Counselling is likely to be held tentatively between Jul and Aug.

The Department of Urdu offers Diploma/Certificate courses in Amoozish Urdu & Tahseen-e-Ghazal, and Certificate course in Tahseen-e-Ghazal. The university also offers courses in History, Public Administration, Islamic Studies, Political Science, Mathematics, Education & Training, and many more. Maulana Azad National Urdu University was founded on January 9, 1998, by an Act of Parliament. The university was established with an All India jurisdiction to promote and develop the Urdu language and to impart vocational and technical education in Urdu medium through conventional and distance modes. The university is named after Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, India's first Minister of Education.

Yes, you can do both at a time. Actually, doing an education degree while teaching is the best option. You get to practice what you learn (in B.Ed.) and understand the subject (Education) better.

But I recommend that if you have above 99.5 percentile then you should definitely apply for it as many students leave their seats as they get seat into MANUU.
