Maulana Azad National Urdu University Eligibility

The minimum eligibility requirements for an M.A. at Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) - Lucknow Campus are:

1. Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university with at least 40% marks in aggregate.

2. Proficiency in Urdu:

Candidates must have studied Urdu as a subject at the 10th, 12th, or graduation level.

Alternatively, a certificate in Urdu proficiency from a recognised institution is acceptable.

These criteria ensure students have the academic and language background to succeed in the program.

The minimum eligibility criteria for the B.Tech programme at Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) is 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks from a recognised institution. Candidates should have studied Biology and Chemistry at 10+2. Additionally, candidates must have Urdu as a subject/language or as a Medium in 10th/12th level or equivalent Madrasa courses with Urdu as medium of Instruction approved by MANUU

Eligibility criteria for admission to B.Ed at Maulana Azad National Urdu University: 

Candidates with at least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree and/or in the Master’s DegreeinSciences/Social Sciences/Humanity, Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialisation in Science and Mathematics with 55%marks or anyotherqualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the programme. Candidate should choose Urdu as a subject/language or as a Medium of Instruction 

The admissions are done based on the merit in the Entrance test conducted by the University after fulfilling the eligibility criteria. Eligibility Criteria is that one must have any university degree with 45% marks and studied Urdu as a subject or language at 10th standard/ 10+2/Degree or equivalent
