Hi,
In my opinion, if you want to do correspondence/distance Diploma in computer science then you can do it from IGNOU as they provide you with a reputed diploma degree which can add value to your resume.
You have to just fill the form of IGNOU and apply for the course without any merit-based information.

Yes, Maulana Azad National Urdu University is a co-ed university, and you have to take admission ICET rank is important.

They have good placement records but they do not provide B.Tech in Urdu language. You can admission there.
