If you are planning to do MBA in Hospital and Healthcare Management, then you need to qualify any entrance test (such as CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ NEST accepted by various colleges and you should also have minimum of 50% to 60% in your Bachelors (any stream) for admission in the same. Admission in MBA is done through an entrance exam followed by interview and Interview. Salary varies between 3 LPA to 20 LPA. It depends upon the institute you choose and your knowledge and skills. There are many good institutes in India but the best are:

You seem to have decent academics - so you have a shot. All boils down to your CAT score. Basis your performance in CAT you will be called for your PI. The admission season for IIM B starts around Mid June. So by then if you have your provisional degree then you will be eligible.

Yes, you are eligible for MBA regular after correspondence degree from DU but you have to fulfill the eligibility according to the university's norms.
