JIMS will provide you around a CTC of 4-5 lacs. If you are a fresher then you can get a good start. You can also wait for a better college than these two by giving CAT. Also, value added courses like SAP, Six Sigma, Tally and digital marketing are offered.

Eligibility of MBA biotechnology:
A person who is a graduate in the field of medicine or engineering is eligible for this course. Although, a person with some work experience (at least 24 months) with research in this field are always more preferable. Good luck.

For pursuing career in HR (MBA), you need to be a graduate. Try to get at least 60% in graduation since this is the very basic criteria that most of the B-schools ask for. One point I would like to mention here is you must have appeared and cleared as well any management exam such as CAT XAT CMAT MAT NMAT etc. To get a good B-school.

You should have minimum of 50% to 55% in your Bachelors and need to qualify any entrance test ( such as CAT / MAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ NEST ). You can do MBA in any specializations of your interest.

Yes, if you complete graduation with minimum 50% and clear the entrance exam too, you'll be eligible to seek admission in MBA.
