A minimum of 5.5 is recommended. You can opt to take the ELICOS program, if IELTS score is lower than the required score set by the college. Also, eligibility criteria differs with different programs. You must check the departmental websites for details.

50% is too low to be considered for admission in German Institutes. Most importantly a work experience of 2-3 years is required for MBA programs.

In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need:
Graduation in any field with at least 50% aggregate marks to be eligible to apply. Then, you need to clear the selection process of the B-school, starting with an entrance test accepted by the B-School. For e.g. CAT, MAT, SNAP, CMAT.

& i want to ask u one more thing why u want AICTE approved college because this approval for those private college who r providing technical course and PGDM is a management course.
