The University Grants Commission (UGC) has discontinued recognition to all open and distance learning (ODL) courses of Karnataka State Open University (KSOU), beyond 2012-13.
The university has also been offering professional/technical programmes in violation of the norms of the concerned regulatory bodies and without their approval. Moreover, the university has been offering engineering programmes, despite clear directions of MHRD in the letter dated July 29, 2009 and Distance Education Council's letter dated August 13, 2009 and recent UGC public notice dated March 11, 2015.

Graduation in any stream with minimum 50% marks is the eligibility for admission in MBA course. There are more than 4500 institutes in India which offer MBA or PGDM degree. Out of these, top 200 colleges give call for admission to only those who have appeared and cleared any of management aptitude test which are known as CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/CET.
The IIMs are considered the best and top-most management institutes which accept only CAT score. The AICTE and UGC approved institutes accept CMAT score. The fees can be as low as Rs.40,000 per year for low level institutes to Rs.6.5 lakhs per year for institutes like IIPM. Generally, top colleges

I am afraid your not eligible as the cutoff for MAT is 70%tile. Rest all cutoff regarding acads you have cleared but your MA score of 66 and 60 is below the cutoff limit. Sorry.
