MBA in Finance and MBA in Marketing both are different fields and have their own value in its field. Both are good but both are incomplete without each other in terms of corporate sector or professional life. So, it depends upon you what kind of career you want to opt.

All the colleges which you have mentioned are very good colleges. Before choosing any, do check their placements as it is our priority.

College timings are 8-4.
HR is good in BK and no, 1 year PG course is available along with MBA or there is no course which gives you MBA in one year at BK. Doing 1 year PG along with MBA in other institution is prohibited. You can take only one course at a time. If you are found doing both of them simultaneously then your admission at BK may get cancelled.
Moreover there will be 8 subjects in each semester at BK so you won't get enough time to do both.

It is a little difficult to get a placement with core HR,for a fresher.

The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA
