Yes you can do MBA after ur B.A in English. what you need to do just appear for any of the entrance exam like CAT XAT CMAT MAT ATMA and give ur best on that.

If you are in final year, put all your efforts in CAT prep and get admission into reputed institutes. Instead of taking a certificate course I would suggest you to go for an internship in HR to add value to your resume.
