For MBA in Australia you must also gain work experience which unfortunately you don't have. Also, you must take the GMAT. Your grades and back logs can be accepted if your overall application package is good including work experience and GMAT score. You can look for PG Diploma courses. Most MBA programs abroad will have the same requirements.

Hi Omkar,
Yes, many options will be there. MBA sounds tough since work experience is required and without work experience you may not end up in a good college. So, you can check for MIM or MS Management programs. See here:

Australian business schools consider the prior knowledge of the student in a professional setup to be utmost important in his/her management training business schools. That is the reason why they give more priority to work-experienced person even if he hasn't appeared for GMAT.
But there are many colleges which offer Executive MBA and Non-Executive MBA. So, you can definitely get admission.
Just remember your extra-curricular activities, your statement of purpose, your English language test scores (IELTS/TOEFL scores) are also vital along with the GMAT score.

It will be difficult without work experience as business schools prefer applicants with a minimum of 2-years of work experience for the MBA programmes. You can look out for PG Diploma programmes, very popular here and also you can check out the MS Management courses.

MBA is difficult if you don't have work experience. Not only will this hamper admissions but also future job prospects are less. MS Management and MIB can be good. For job related information I will advise you to check the SOL of Australia, check the professions in demand and apply accordingly. Getting a job will definitely depend on your academic performance and also on your networking skills. See that the university you are applying to have good corporate tie ups and an active career assistance cell.
