Dear Sandeep, I did my MBA from LPU and to the best of my knowledge, LPU consider a minimum of 80 percentile in MAT to fulfill the eligibility criteria for an MBA programme. Moreover, you have to qualify for an interview as well for admission. Being alumni of LPU, I highly recommend LPU for an MBA degree based on the following things-
The Business School of LPU is accredited by ACBSP, Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs from the USA ensuring quality education and industry-experienced faculty members, studying in LPU will get a degree accredited from a body of USA. Placement: Every year more than 550+ companies visit

I think it's worth investment in RIIM Pune One of the finest B-schools for Management in Maharashtra. They strive for placement of each student, there me building confidence and improved my personality as well. They have different certifications in their curriculum which helps us enhance our knowledge apart from just a degree Certificate. They have best placement team who all are working so hard for students. If you want other than RIIM them PIBM, Pirangut, Symbiosis, Indira college are other good management colleges in Pune. And it is worth to pay such a huge amount of fees in any of these colleges. So I will suggest you to go for MBA

Dear Khaja Zahed Ali, I highly recommend Ph.D. programme if you are looking for the teaching profession as by 2023 Ph.D. will be mandatory for the teaching profile. Moreover, Ph.D. will help you to explore more yourself in the respective domain. My friend is also doing Ph.D. in Management at LPU after his MBA programme. It is not difficult to get admission to Ph.D. if you are good at research work. To increase your chances to get admission to Ph.D. you should have a good academic record and the area of research you want to work in. There are many universities that offer the Ph.D. programme, LPU is one of the best universities to do a P

Dear Anush, To the best of my knowledge, the post-graduation should be in the same subject for the Ph.D. programme. Therefore, you can pursue Ph.D. in Management after an MBA programme but not in commerce. Only M.Com students can pursue Ph.D. in Commerce. My friend is also doing Ph.D. in Management at LPU after his MBA programme. It is not difficult to get admission to Ph.D. if you are good at research work. India CMA/ICWA is well recognised in India. Outside India, the recognition is not as much because different countries would have their own, country-wise recognised cost accounting course. For example, the cost accounting in England is called the CIMA and in the US it is called the US CMA. When it comes to US CMA, the situation is different. US CMA is globally recognised and a significant reason for this is because of the global level presence of the American companies and MNCs. CMAs also earn about 15-20% more than their non-CMA peers.

After completing an MBA programme with no prior experience and having a B.Com there will be no difficulties in finding work. After graduation, I did an MBA at LPU with no prior experience. Because I am an LPU alumnus, I strongly suggest LPU obtaining an MBA degree for the following reasons:
While obtaining an MBA, students at this university have several possibilities to gain paid job experience. Applicants can either seek a full-time career with the same firm after completing the MBA programme, or they can network and explore for possibilities at numerous job fairs hosted by their institutions. LPU offers classes as part of its Placeme
