If we talk about placements, I have seen 100% placements in my batch and the previous batch. Quality of placement is good and there are various companies who offer quite good packages. And yes there are international placements too. Few major recruiters are - Ministry of Health, NHSRC, Fortis, EY, ZS Associates, NHM, Max, Medanta, Narayana Health, Accenture, Piramal Foundation, Dell Healthcare, Fortis, Deloitte, Max Hospitals, EyeQ, IQVIA.

You have very good academics and as per your scores in CAT, XAT, and CAMT you can take admission in any good B-School for MBA/PGDM. If you want to pursue a management course then you should choose Pune because it is the best to place for pursuing any professional course and PIBM Pune is one of the best colleges for pursuing both MBA and PGDM in HR. Choosing between MBA and PGDM it's about your preferences. The difference between both the courses is their curriculum. For MBA, the curriculum is designed by the university but for PGDM it is designed by the college and the PGDM course is more flexible. PIBM ranked under the top 100 college

Firstly you decide which type of MBA you wish to pursue. Then make a list of top b schools. For pursuing MBA from renowned b school one need MBA entrance score. CAT/ CMAT/ GMAT are few popular MBA entrance exam scores accepted by top b schools in India and abroad. Fee of b school may range from 2 Lacs ( FMS ) to 23 Lacs ( IIM). One need good entrance score, academic and achievement, GD/PI score to qualify for good b school.
