An MBA stands for Masters of Business Management and is provided by universities. Postgraduate Diploma in Management or PGDM is provided by private business schools and institutions. There isn't much difference between the two programs except slight variations in curriculum. MBA has a more theoretical approach and have to abide by university guidelines but PGDM has the liberty of teaching students soft skills and engage them in activities better preparing them for the industry. At first decide which type of career you want, if you want to become a lawyer or Legal Advisory BBA LL.B. is enough. It depends on what are your plans for your future. Both are good but depending on your choice of career you should choose either of them. If suppose for an professor or teacher and interested in engineering than M.Tech is preferable. Hope you sort out your career choice and choose accordingly. All the best for the future.
