If you are doing any course through distance learning just for the sake of degree then there is no problem. SCDL has a better market reputation than other universities providing distance learning in India. If you have a job, then simultaneously you can get the degree & SCDL is the best choice.

M.Com and MBA are equally good. It depends on what you want to do further. If you want to go for corporate jobs after you complete your studies, then you should definitely go for MBA as they prefer MBA students over M.Com students.
