Both XIME and IIMS Pune are excellent colleges for pursuing your Management programme. But IIMS Pune has its location advantage. Management college always has to be close Business hubs. And IIMS Pune which is in Hinjewadi and Hinjewadi is the biggest IT hub in Asia. Hinjewadi houses big IT companies like IBM, Infosys, TCS, Wipro and many more. Christ Bangalore is better option.There are no of other good options also avialble in Bangalore.KIit Bhuvneshwar is also good but for MBA specially Christ has some other kind of edge.

Yes, my friend as per my knowledge, it is a good institute & placement is also as per my knowledge. But, I want to say that I have faced - Please don't take judge only by taking review from alumni. Because you will face some problems (same thing you will get after you become alumni). My suggestion is -
1. Take review from alumni compare with others.
2. Research on google this will be much more beneficial [ 1st priority].

As both courses are same. But in India many of the Colleges prefer BBA as a course. And for MBA HR you should go for BBA. And in BBA. You should opt HR as a specialisation. There are many Colleges which are providing specialisation in BBA. For example Lovely Professional University, Amity University, VIT etc. And it's my advice to you to go for Lovely Professional University because one the best University for Business studies.
