All good B-schools (both public and private) admit students only on the basis of merit I. e. scoring well in the entrance exams and clearing the interviews (if shortlisted for them).

Hello,It is impossible to get admission to even a decent college anywhere at that CAT score. I suggest you reappear for CAT and/or other exams next year or focus on getting a higher score in the other exams currently such as CET. Good luck.

Hello! An MBA (given by a University) has more recognition than a PGDM (given by a standalone college). However, it's the institute giving it that matters more. For example, a PGDM from a top-ranked college is any day more valuable than an MBA from an average one and vice-versa.
