Yes, all your academics will be considered, but it shouldn't be of any worry if you have good marks in CAT/MAT/CMAT and good performance in GDPI which would offset your HSC scores.

Both are almost same as mode of teaching shall be online, except distance MBA does have provision of Paper Pen test at colleges campus. Online MBA prefers strictly online mode.

You need valid GMAT score well above 700 for top notch Schools else 600+ shall suffice, with minimum 50% marks in grand sufficient letters of recommendation from professor with good volunteer or work experience.

There is no good college which will provide direct admission and vice versa. So, as per norms, all good colleges have entrance exam as must for admissions and only then it is qualified.

Both are not recommended, kindly choose renowned colleges with top 50 ranks and AICTE accreditation so to achieve lucrative career opportunities ahead.

Placements are integrated and there is no difference. Everything is solely on the basis of merit and performance in the interview and your technical domain knowledge in Management.

You can try colleges like MIT Pune, St Francis Mumbai, St Rodriguez Mumbai, Atharva, Durgadevi Saraf with your MH-CET scores, with XAT you may try out XIMB, Bhubaneswar.

NAEMD is good but Placements are very average at both colleges, you can go for K J Somaiya and MICA, Ahmedabad for MBA in Marketing Communication which includes PR and events management syllabus.
