Unfortunately, all the reputed colleges in Delhi-NCR (or India for that matter) consider only those students who have scored at least 50% marks in their graduation for full-time MBA. So. you are not eligible.

After class 12th, one can pursue only graduation in fields like Science B.Sc Engineering (B.Tech, BE), commerce B.Com BAF) among others. Once you complete your graduation with at least 50% marks, you are eligible to pursue MBA/PGDM from any good college in India.
