Yes, for sure you can pursue your SAP course after completing your MBA as because it will take 9 to 12 weeks if you go on full time course and yes if you are crossing this course as a career it's really good decision of yours ad because it will help to get job in a higher position SAP software classes will really help you for getting skilled knowledge in sistema, applications, and products related knowledge. It is good to read that you have clarity on what career you intend to pursue. You have two choices here either your pursue M.Sc/M.Tech/MS and then enroll as a Research Assistant and pursue lectureship along with research. Please note that if your intent to becoming a professor you will have to complete your Ph.D. or pursue MBA & pursue lectureship in management related topics. Thus, it is preferable that you explore M.Sc/M.Tech/MS for the research line from a career perspective.

Yes, you can appear for both the exams. Most top institutes allot admission based on CAT scores, so it would be better if you focus on CAT and try to score more than 90 percentile. Alternately, you should check on the top institutes that offer MBA in pharma & based on their admission requirement prepare for MAT / CAT.
