First of all, u should have an undergraduate degree with 50% marks or equivalent from a valid university recognized by UGC and u should give a management exam such as cat and various other also.

Yes, it is a good option to go for MBA after BCA. You can look for MBA in specialisation like Business Analytics, Data Science, Financial engineering, Operations. Salary package mainly depends on the organization, which comes for campus placements. If you are eligible for campuses with high offers than you have good chances to convert it. No doubt, B-Schools which are in top 30 ranks to have good placement scenarios and gives good chances of placing students in top corporate organization.
