This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in programming, coding, technical, research or academics area then MCA is better. However, if you want to move into general management then MBA is a better option.

If you talk about economic MBA colleges then there are the various central and state universities of which FMS is the most sought after. However, to crack through these colleges you need to have a very good score in the entrance exams. If your score is so-so then you need to look for the colleges that provide admission based on your score and also, it doesn't has much fees.

I don't think that any college provides MBA in Hindi language.

You should clear the OPENMAT exam by IGNOU and should also have graduation degree and 3 years of experience.
