Hello,
Unfortunately, not since the cut-off of all top four colleges for their MS programme is generally 99+ percentile. And the cut-off for PGDM courses is 75+ percentile. Better to give CET and other exams with much better preparation and score higher.

Yes, you can surely pursue MBA if you are genuinely interested in I. There are various specializations in which you can do your MBA like Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, IT, etc., as per your choice.

Yes, the placements and job opportunities in the college is quite good. There is a good placement department with very good placement co coordinators who help to do well in placements. There are many companies that visit the college.

According to me, doing integrated course for B.Tech and MBA is better options than doing a short term business course after B.Tech and it completely depends on your interest which course to apply.
