There are many good MBA colleges in India. One about which I have heard good reviews and positive feedback is LM Thapar School of Management. LMTSM has a nice well laid and elaborate MBA course curriculum. They also have well managed, productive and fruitful MBA placement sessions. Their campus is fully equipped with facilities. Their second phase of MBA admissions is still on and you can apply on - http://lmtsm.thapar.edu/

Of course, you can! Try taking up PGDM from some of the highly reputed universities in the country like the IIMs. Certain universities like IIM-Bangalore offers valuable Executive PGDM programs for people with more than 5 years of work experience. It would be beneficial to change your job role too.
All the best!
