Hello Shubham, Mostly there will be no option of changing the course once you have enrolled for it. You may contact the administration regarding your change of branch because they can only guide you with this.

Yes, you need to provide them your IELTS scores and tuition fee if they had requested that in the offer letter. I suggest you go for any good consultancy they will help you with that and remember, there are so many fraud agencies so be aware of them.
